I am rejecting this response because: I have no evidence that the money has been refunded. My bank issued a provisional credit of $355 but I have no word from them as to whether it is final (i.e., that they got paid by Chase2 Driving School.

Not sure why this person went to the Revdex.com because although Corrie did explain on the phone we have a no refund policy she did not tell her at the time of purchase and we refunded the money. But for future reference people on the other end should also have a responsibility. Maybe...
she should have shopped around first.
