They are advertising a vehicle for $3,Called him and told him I was interested in test driving the vehicleHe responded quickly with "Come on down", and "don't forget your last two pay stubs"I told him I was interested and wanted to pay cash, and told him I would be down in minsWhen I arrived he had a bogus story on why the car wasn't there, and told me it would be there shortlyI told him I wanted to see it and offer him $3,cashThe salesman called me back and told me the ad was incorrect and the vehicle was $6, I waited one week and checked the website, and the vehicle is still listed at $3,I also called back and asked if I can see the vehicle and he told me to come on downbut guess what??? I drove by and THE CAR STILL ISN'T THERE! What a bunch of liarsRead the reviews, I'm just another guy who they tried to screw

This matter has been resolved for quite some time nowNot only was their paperwork originally submitted to her son at the time of delivery, as she did buy the car for her son, but it was also faxed on numerous occasions to Ms [redacted] We have reached out to the client and last we understood they were satisfiedWe will give her a call and see exactly what is going on and how we can help.Thank You, Ahmad H***

I secured my own financing before going and glad I didI was looking at buying a VW Jetta, and I had run a carfax ahead of time, but it didn't catch the fact the frame was bentLuckily, when it took Chase hours to fax the title and other data to my bank they did more research through Autocheck and discovered the bent frameWhen I confronted the dealer, he handed me a cash refund on my deposit and told me to get outMakes sense now why the car was a recent price reduction and they would not allow financing , any research would have caught it

We would like the record to show on this matter, # [redacted] ( [redacted] ***)That our managerial staff not only reached out to him but as he said, he did come here to Chase Auto Group, on a number of occasions and was told every time that he purchased the vehicle from the dealer but the remaining balance of his manufacturer warranty was still attachedWe even went as far as to give him a day warranty during the sale but the particular part was not covered under our warrantyWe offered to take care of the issue for him via our mechanics and he declined saying he only wanted [redacted] to fix it as he didn't trust our mechanicsWe then offered to pay half of [redacted] s bill and he was still unsatisfiedPlease advise us what we could have done differently in this case and if there is anything we can do from this point.-Thank YouSales Dept.Chase Auto Group

*** *** purchased the Chevrolet Impala SS on 9/22/All documents that were sent to *** *** stated the vehicle was being sold "As Is" which *** *** read and signedWhen the issue of the seat belts in the rear seats came up that *** *** had not seen them pictured we immediately checked the vehicle and check inside the seats as we thought they were pushed inUpon realizing that there were no seat belts we quickly ordered the parts for the ImpalaA shipping company had accepted the offer to pick up the vehicle and we realized there was not enough time to install the belts we decided to put the packaged parts in the vehicle and send it as isWe were very upfront and honest to *** *** about the condition of the vehicleWhen the vehicle left our lot everything was in working conditionUpon receiving the vehicle, *** *** called us only regarding the seat belts not being installedHe mentioned no other issues pertaining the vehicleWe were made aware of his other issues pertaining to the vehicle when we received a letter from the Revdex.com*** *** stated he liked the vehicle and was keeping the vehicle*** *** had ample time to make us aware of any issues he had but stated nothing more to usThe settlement *** *** is looking for is unacceptable to us because *** *** signed all documents even stating that Chase Auto Group is not responsible for State/Interstate inspection costs, no responsibility for any repairs to the vehicle once it is off our lot etcThe documents are clearly printed and no misrepresentation has been given on or about the vehicle purchasedWe have all original signed documents and can send them for review if need beIf *** *** had ANY issues regarding the vehicle before he made the purchased, he should have expressed it to Chase Auto Group and we would have made arrangements if need be to satisfy himNo mention of issues were made so the deal went accordingly
