I purchased this road side service thru Arrow Truck Sales in Troy Illinois I had two problems on the road and they could not help me Stated in there contract that if they can not help you can find your own and they will reimburse you for the fee for the service call/ DO NOT believe this Run as fast as you can Tried to get someone to help with my situation but no luck Good luck everybody/ [redacted]
Unfortunately I had car trouble on my way to work one evening. No big deal, I have roadside assistance through my auto insurance, or so I thought!!! To my later disappointment I found that Road America Motor Club (RAMC) would be handling my roadside service. After 20 min of trying to explain my location to the service associate I was "disconnected". After calling back and asking for "***" I was connected with "***", who of which was undoubtedly the same individual. Following another 20 minute conversation about everything I had already told her, she informed me I would need to pay an additional $67.50 for a tow. This is after I verified with my insurance roadside department that the entire tow would be covered. This encounter with RAMC was a complete waste of my time, out of frustration I ended up paying for my own tow. The level of incorrect information and general lack of system knowledge displayed by RAMC, bring to question the integrity of my insurance provider."CAUTION"
