I've been getting chase credit cards offers in the mail and one of them offered % transfer feeI have a p2p loan and figured I would be able to transferI went to the branch and the adviser confirmed that it was possibleShe applied for the card and I was approvedI was told that I would be able to transfer the loan as soon as I got the card in the mailWhen I got the card and called to transfer the loan, I was told by a person on the phone that it wasn't possibleI was also told that each branch is operated independently and I could try to talk to the branch manager directlySo, I was given a classic runaroundThe branch manager was genuinely surprised that it was not possible but could not do anything about it Nobody followed up on my complaint and the whole thing was ignored
So, I got my credit report run and got a new credit card ( which I now can’t close because I care too much about my credit score) based on an advised of a poorly advised employeeWay to go ChaseI wonder what else you guys could sell to me
