Have had my package since 12/7 and still have not delivered.

Company has gone in after the fact and changed details of the order. After being advised shipment would be delivered by 12/7 and not receiving the company where the item was purchased was contacted and they provided a link with a tracking number and advised the delivery company would contact and set up a time to deliver. I logged on and it showed a delivery to be scheduled on 12/12 between 1-5pm. Then received a call stating it was scheduled for delivery on 12/12. No delivery was attempted on 12/12 and no contact from delivery company advising why not. I called the number and checked the status on 12/14 and it said the deliver was still scheduled for 12/12. I called the number again (everything was automated) and it allowed me to schedule the delivery for 12/21/18 between 9-1. Later on 12/14 I received a text message from an individual named Zelda who stated she was the following;
Brandon *** this is zelda. i'm from chase couriers and logistics i'm reaching out to you to schedule you for a delivery of a princess cottage playhouse. we were going to be in your area Monday between 9-1. so if you or someone else will be there to sign and accept for this delivery please message me back or call the office at XXX-XXX-XXXX. thank you.

Zelda contacted me from phone number XXX-XXXXXXX

I advised Zelda I had already scheduled the delivery for Friday the 21st and would not be available on Monday 12/17. Zelda said ok thank you.

Fast forward to 12/21 after 1pm and still nothing from the delivery company. I text Zelda to see if I was going to recieve my package and did not receive any response.

I called the above number 214 which Zelda and Chase Couriers lists as their office number. I called and an male answered who did not provide his name. I advised this individual I was inquiring as to the status of my order and delivery. He put me on hold for several minutes, came back, and asked for my name. As I gave him my first name, he stated my last name back to me prior to me telling him. He again placed me on hold to check the status of my order. The individual go back on the phone and said he was trying to schedule the delivery for 12/22 and again put me on hold immediately. After another extended period of time, the male got back on the phone amd asked when I had set up delivery for. I told him is was due to he delivered on today's date. He again put me on hold and when he came back he said his manager said it was en route to be delivered but was running behind.

Attempts to contact Zelda and the 214 number were attempted at approximately 1800 hours with no response.

Here is is at 2147 with no package and no contact from the delivery service.

If the issue does not get resolved Carrollton Police will he contacted in regards to the theft of my property as they intentionally and knowingly have my property and are depriving me of said property without my consent.
