misunderstanding. [redacted] should have simply called us and all of this would have been taken care rather them going to such extremes for nothing, thanks.

Review: A worker from the Chase Fire Products came in and inspected our fire extinguishers without authorization. The person went to the [redacted] and announced that he was there to inspect the fire extinguishers and that he had [redacted] as a contact person. He returned to the office and asked that the [redacted] sign the work order. I overheard the conversation and asked the [redacted] to have the worker come to me. When I questioned the worker about who authorized him to come and inspect the extinguishers he stated that someone in his office spoke to [redacted] and that she made the request. I informed him that I was [redacted] and that I made no such request. The worker stated that he would phone his office office and get back to me. Henever came back to speak to me after apparently calling his office. Today I received a bill for a semi annual inspection that included tax. If he had spoken to me he would have known that we are a not for profit tax exempt facility. We are complaining about a bill received for a service we did not authorize.Desired Settlement: We would like the matter to be resolved by removing the invoice and subsequent charges associated with our school.
