I am rejecting this response because I have submitted proof in the form of my phone
records to Atlas Choice to show that I was on time for this rental and had called them from the airport on time The records show that I had called them twice and they returned my callThe records show that the calls were placed and received from the airport on time, yet they continue to state that I was four hrs late I was told by an Atlas Choice representative that I would be reimbursed for the extra money I had to pay for an on site last minute rental As of yet I have not received this money
