Review: After multiple attempts to get my mortgage visible on the Chase website, I am still unable to see any details of my account. I have called over 15 times to Chase to get this resolved and have been told by people from the mortgage, online services, credit card, and other departments my account should be visible. I have requested mail and e-mail enrollment packets and nothing has been sent. There have also been customer service representatives that have tried to walk me through the process, all have failed. In addition to the phone calls, I have emailed Chase to try and get this resolved. They have told me to call, even though the failed phone calls are mentioned in the emailAfter all of this I am unable to see any information regarding my mortgage or make payments. Every time I need to make a payment, I have to call Chase. This level of customer service is frustrating and a hassle.Desired Settlement: Make it so I can see my mortgage online and I don't have to call Chase for every inquiry about my account.
