Chase Plumbing Reviews (3)

My offer to *** is this, we will zero out his balance with our company if he agrees to take down this fabricated reviewWe have tried on numerous occasions to reach him via phone to resolve this issue and he has been non responsiveIf he would like to speak with me directly the number here at our office is ***

When we arrived the boiler was not functioning, upon diagnosis of no heat the boiler fired. We tested safeties and other obvious components but found nothing seeing that it became operational. We even went as far as contacting manufacturer on site and were informed that they couldn't help if...

operational. Client was informed that it is very difficult to diagnose a problem that is no longer existing. I had a conversation with the client prior to our technician leaving his house. I let him know that we will return when problem reoccurs so we can diagnose. We spent 3hrs at his house and asked to collect for half the visit and when we return for the follow up and actually make needed repairs we will collect the other half, seems reasonable. For some reason this made him furious and he handed the phone back to our technician and slammed the door on him. He would not answer the door when we knocked or answer his phone, very awkward for technician seeing how upfront and honest we were throughout the entire process. Since the incident we have read [redacted]'s review on Revdex.com and reached out to him on numerous occasions but he has failed to respond to us. We recently received a letter typed on a typewriter from [redacted] that was borderline threatening and this I feel sums up the type of person [redacted] is. We strongly disagree with his review and regret ever attempting to help him out as we were sent into a no win situation with a customer that had a hidden agenda. When someone hasn't paid a dollar, hangs up on you, slams the door on you, blasts you online, refuses to take your call, and sends you a threatening letter all because his no heat situation wasn't resolved it really sums up the type on person they are. Although I am upset by what he has done to try and hurt this companies reputation, I at least know I have done all I can to make things right. Maybe [redacted] at some point will realize that these circumstances DO NOT warrant blasting someone and trying to hurt their livelihood, hopefully he will come to his senses and take down this very fabricated review.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. .

Regards,
[redacted]This letter is nonsense. The problem did exist. Chase spent 3 hours on it at $100 per hour and couldn't fix itand won't admit it. I called a competent technician a day later who fixed the problem (It did exist) in 15 minutes at minimal cost.I never slammed the door on Chase but told them I wouldn't pay them if the heat went off in a few hours, which it did. I "am the  person who I am" who won't pay $300 for incompetent work when somebody elsecould fix the problem in fifteen minutes and charge me honestly. I handed the phone back to the technician after his boss verbally abusedme on the phone. I sent a "threatening" letter to Chase stating that a competent technician fixed my problem in minimal timeand that I had a right to report them to the Revdex.com. Did they show the Revdex.com the invoice they sent to mecharging me $300 to press reset buttons and clean a valve out? They probably did not: It does not take three hours to press reset buttons and clean a valve out. (They admit they took three hours). They simply were incompetent in this case,do not want to admit it and still want to get paid $300 for non-effective 3 hour work (as I said my heat went out within hours). The technician who fixed my problem in fifteen minutes did not have to make a three hour call to any manufacturer because the technician who fixed my problem knew what he was doing and did not price gouge me for $300.
