As a result of poor communication with Chase we had to hire a painter to complete a portion of the job they started Despite providing them paint and speaking with both the sales and installation supervisors on multiple occasions their poor communication and lack of attention to detail cost us an additional $ They have refused to reimburse us for this expense or even acknowledge our request for reimbursement Additionally, I had to personally clean nails, metal flashing, and empty water bottles out of my gutters after assurances they'd clean the gutters following the reroof We had no issues with the workers actually performing the job and it was our pleasure to buy them a lunch during the process
