was for another business next door. The lot in question has more than adequate signage advising which spots are designated for which business. After reviewing our documents I found a Personal Property Release form signed by [redacted] listing; 2 umbrellas, CD's garage door opener, sunglasses, change, Copenhagen, wipes, tissue and a duffel bag, of which all of these items were released to [redacted] and no notation indicating anything was missing from the property received.
Ultimately we want to do what we can to help resolve this unfortunate situation but based on our guidelines for retaining personal property, which is 30 to 45 days, any items from May or June would have been discarded by now.

my husband never signed a release form and we never received our items. there was more missing than stated on the list. Some one would have had to have stolen my personal items. My husband was told that the person in charge of checking in the personal items was gone on his honeymoon and that no one knew what was going on. I want my personal items or be reimbursed for ALL my items stated on my list

In regards to this complaint, please note that the consumer did sign off on their personal property that we had removed from the vehicle. I am attaching it here, which also notates the items in the vehicle. In addition, our notes do not indicate the consumer brought anything to our attention when retrieving said property. Eleven days after they retrieved their personal property is when they contacted us regarding the claim of missing property. In addition, they are claiming 2 missing umbrellas but you can clearly see on the personal property inventory they were listed.

If the consumer has receipts of the property they claim missing I would be happy to research further.

We did not sign off on personal property. That is NOT my husbands signature. The company are crooks and they stole and or lost my items. The list is inaccurate.
