Good morning,This is a shared lotThe customer was parked in a reserved parking space that requires a parking permit issued by a local businessThe vehicle did not have the required permit and the property owner called to have the vehicle removed from his spaceThe permit that was on the vehicle was for another business next doorThe lot in question has more than adequate signage advising which spots are designated for which businessIf the customer has been parking in the lot for years, she should be more than aware of the rules of the lot and which spots are reserved for which businessWe consider this matter closed.Thank you for your time and have a fantastic day!!!Tom [redacted] Director of Compliance
