In regards to complaint ID: ***, after checking our computer POS system, we were unable to find any receipt closed out for the amount suggested by the customerIf the complainant/customer could produce a receipt, we would be glad to refund any over charge they may have received
Also
in regards to the complaint, my co-owner and myself were both present that night and neither of us has any recollection of anything like this happening
