Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If there were truth in service there would be no need for anger or insults, I am greatly disappointed by the process of Chasing Paper and their lack of will to admit faultTheir attack on my character with glaring insults and untruths is just unkind and uncalled forWhile I appreciate their offer of a discount, it is not the 50% that was advertised($20.00/roll instead of $40.00/roll) There are several untruths about what she replied: She said the wallpaper I was going to purchase got "sold-out" while in my cartThis is not trueThe price CHANGED while the items were in-my-cart(While I was still at their website, moments later.) She stated that "on top of the sale page it shows the number of remaining panels on each product page" This is not trueThere was no indication of lack-of-quantity in fact their website allowed me to put the sale items of florals into my cart, and of the sunburst designs into my cartThis happened with no problems or error message(See attached) She also stated that currently the wallpaper that I would like to buy is "out of inventory"This is not true either: It still for sale on their website; https://www.chasingpaper.com/products/autumn-florals and https://www.chasingpaper.com/products/sunburst I do not think I am being “unreasonable" or unkind or worse, "feeling entitled and want something they do not have"They do have the wallpaper I want*Truth In AdvertisingWhen consumers see or hear an advertisement, whether it's on the Internet, radio or television, or anywhere else, federal law says that ad must be truthful, not misleading, and, when appropriate, backed by scientific evidence Sometimes the right thing to do is often the kindestI believe honoring the price as advertised at $20.00/roll should be given to meInstead of $it should be $for the rolls(See attached)Kindly, [redacted] ***

A customer has filed a complaint with incredibly untrue claims See below Photo 1: The customer sent a very vague email -- to which I emailed her back twice Photo She never responded to my emails I only learned from the claim she sent you that she received samples instead of panels -- she never gave me this information, nor did she respond Had I know she received a sample I would have sent the correct size as we do not issue refunds as a company policy with is on the website We offer exchanges You can see that here.I have gone ahead and issued her a full refund for this order see Photo -- please let me know what else I can provide to prove that I did not do anything wrong! I work tirelessly and in years of having my business have never had a complaint! Customer service is at the absolute forefront of everything I do so I am so saddened by this and hope it does not effect our rating.Thank you, [redacted] FounderChasing Paper

Very frustrating to have to yet again deal with matter as, we have as a company been back and forth with Nanda about 20x. Its a very clear cut situation. We run quarterly sales -- we have VERY limited quantities which sell out almost immediately. Attached is the email
Nanda received explaining this. We also post the sale terms at the top of the sale page, as well as show the number of remaining panels on each product page. It could truly not be more obviously or clear. She did not get to the panels she wanted in time, so they sold out. We then offered her 15% off the reduced rate (this would have been 40% off!) and she would not take itStating it was "not enough"We have been nothing but nice and the fact of the matter is, she is entitled and wants something we do not have. The inventory is sold out. Please let me know what other information I can provide to show you that we have done every we can. Their attack on my character with glaring insults and untruths is just unkind and uncalled for. 1. While I appreciate their offer of a discount, it is not the 50% that was advertised.
