Scheduled an appointment to look at a Chrysler that was being advertised on the internet The salesperson I was exchanging emails with confirmed not just once, but twice, that I could buy the car for a price I offered Once I arrived I discovered the car did NOT have Navigation as advertised Furthermore, they did not even come close to the price the salesperson had "guaranteed" A very disappointing experience which justifies why so many people dislike going to car dealerships A complete waste of my time
I filed a complaint and was offered an extended warranty that I was told would cover any repairs through - at no cost to meUnfortunately, now that the transmission requires a repair, I learn that there is a $deductible PER REPAIRAlso, a door seal that is YET AGAIN flapping in the wind, is not covered by said extended warranty? I was lied to and would retract my "positive resolution" if I couldThis company and product are terrible - and sadly, they don't stand behind their productsThe online support person seems to think it is my fault for not reading the contract before "signing" the extended warranty contractI didn't sign anything - it was just sent to me and I took the manager at his wordThe offer of a warranty was supposed to restore my confidence in the vehicle, the company and the brandNow that it costs $a pop for any repairs (that shouldn't be necessary at all if it was a quality vehicle!) the warranty is useless to meI can't wait to trade this car in for something else and rid myself of Dodge forever

Initial Service complaint 12-02-Mileage 1,591, nothing found or done
12-07-Mileage 1,they found stock # had the same issue as my car
12-17-dealer ran a redundant ground wire to dash claimed it was fixedcalled it a phenomona !
1-15-Mileage 2,repair order states Chrysler verified at this time this concern is a characteristic of this model
meaning they have no intentions of fixing the problem at this time
about a year ago I purchase the used gmc sierra truck there wore couple of issues beside the leaky alison transmission the price wore peaty hi 25000, the main reason that I was replacing my old truck was leak on trany when I told the manager that I do not want the truck because the issue he told me that they will address the issue and he didhow did hi address the issue is that he order the shop to fix it, the shop fix it with the rag they wipe off fluid and since the truck didn't run the leaky oil was gone and when I check it out everything looks dryafter a months of usage of truck I started to notice the drops on my driveway and now I have leaky truckthis is the last place on the earth that I will ever consider to purchase the car or truck nor will I recommend to any one I know
