To Whome it may concern on 10/02/we chat auto sales sold said vehicle Chevy Venture VIN #1*** to *** ***All our vehicle come with a day or 1,mile warranty which ever come firstWhich i'm sending a copyCustomer called us about one of the headlights and back light not working
properly so we asked her bring it in ASAP she did not bring in vehicle tell in Jan way after warranty but we still fixed it customer was happy about thatweeks later she called saying that her car wasn't starting and that we did something to it we told her that we can take a look at it but it wasn't under warranty it was the started we did the repairs customer paid for the repairs and customer came back in March saying again that we did something to her car that it wasn't running right we again help her looking at vehicle and found that the lifter arm which is an internal part was broken in order to help our customer which was out of warranty we said if she pays for parts we can do the labor to help her and working with her payments as she has been late on her paymentsSo the repairs were done to the vehicle which was $parts customer paid and labor $which we chat auto sales paidCustomer only paid for partsWe been trying to do all we can for this issue but at this point there is nothing else that can be done for this customerIf any question please feel free to contact us ###-###-####Thank you*** ***3/31/

Review: My car was working fine took it in for an oil change and to have the lights fixed and I have had to take my car back to them just about every week for the last month and a half and I have paid out of pocket for repairs that are tier fault I'm still paying on the car and my car is not running still it won't start and I just got it back out of the shop last weekDesired Settlement: Money for my down all of my payments for the car and repairs and refund for my rental and gas

To Whome it may concern on 10/02/14 we chat auto sales sold said vehicle 2004 Chevy Venture VIN #1[redacted] to [redacted]. All our vehicle come with a 30 day or 1,000 mile warranty which ever come first. Which i'm sending a copy. Customer called us about one of the headlights and back light not working properly so we asked her bring it in ASAP she did not bring in vehicle tell in Jan 2015 way after warranty but we still fixed it customer was happy about that. 2 weeks later she called saying that her car wasn't starting and that we did something to it we told her that we can take a look at it but it wasn't under warranty it was the started we did the repairs customer paid for the repairs and customer came back in March saying again that we did something to her car that it wasn't running right we again help her looking at vehicle and found that the lifter arm which is an internal part was broken in order to help our customer which was out of warranty we said if she pays for parts we can do the labor to help her and working with her payments as she has been late on her payments. So the repairs were done to the vehicle which was $250.00 parts customer paid and labor $700.00 which we chat auto sales paid. Customer only paid for parts.
