I have been looking in the Colorado Springs area to purchase a property, many years ago I went to the Parade of Homes and Antelope Ridge was a part of the parade When it came time to down size I remembered that community I started looking at homes for sale in Antelope Ridge I had ask a friend to go over to the sales office for me to get information on homes as I was not in town He spoke with Jeff *** who is the Community Manager and is also a Real Estate Broker He was told there was a new site with a new modular coming that could be purchased for around $150, He was given a welcome packet with a copy of the community covenants, this is important to what happened to me I want to tell you exactly what it says in the Antelope Ridge Covenants
