I have been traveling over summer and just saw your mailSo I hope my complaint can be continuedI certainly do not find their response acceptable, They are basically saying that their warranty covers for only yearThe foam on a sofa set for $should not go bad within one year, sure, but it should also not fail within years, or even My concern is that the manufacturer has used cheap foam in a sofa priced high endFurthermore, this damage within years, to the foam is not on one, but two separate sofas
What makes this even worse for the consumer, is that this is not something I spent this kind of money on based on the name of this manufacturer, I bought it from ***Believing that when *** tells me this is a high end brand manufacturer of longstanding with them, I place my confidence in *** brand and pay such a high price*** even told me that I should buy a year warranty on top of it so that I would have no concerns to think aboutHowever, as soon as the problem arose, I was sent off to the warranty company who tells me the warranty covers only leather defect or mechanical
All this essentially means, both companies can just used cheap inner material and it's the customers bad luck that they bought itThere are many consumer reports on *** failure on the website and unfortunately I did not review "***" as I misguidedly believed they are a company who would strongly support the products they sellNow I am simply being handed off from one party to another and in the end, will have to spend even more money to find an upholsterer who can work on such electronically manufactured sofas and repair this sofa
By contrast I would like to point out another company whom I have shaped with where the consumer satisfaction is so important that they take back defective products without any question, ***How I wish, seriously, that I had purchased my furniture from *** instead of *** and their corner-cutting manufacturers!
Please let me know how else I might register my disappointment with these companies associated with *** so other consumers are not similarly cheated

There is a one year limited warranty on the mechanism
However, if the consumer would like replacement parts for the reclining piece, they can contact our parts department here in High Point and find out whether or not what they need
