I have had a leak in the AC unit for over monthsI have had over four Maintance men in my apartment to fix the problem, which each one has told me that it is fixedOver the last week the maintance men that have showed up once again have told me that it is fixedI am still walking in water it is now in my hallway where there is no way to miss walking in the soaking wet carpet I spoke with the office manager this morning and asked to speak with Corporate and she gave me the number and was real nasty Told me that they are doing all that they can to fix the problembut once again this is the fourth time someone has been there to fix this same problemI believe there is mold because the carpet has never been checked underneath just always a carpet cleaner

June 7th I called the office to tell them about the leak I did not get a call backI called again on Sat for emergency maintenance to come outhe came out and stated that he fixed the problemThe leak was still not fixed I called the week of June 12-I finally got an answer on Thursday and she sent someone on Friday to fix the leakLeak still not fixed today she called me to pick up the fans that have been running non stop which has ran my light bill up because they have been running all weekendWhen she got there her and the maintenance man arrived he claims to have figured out the issues that was suppose to be fixedThey have refused to remove the carpet and replace it after I have had four leaks in the same spot I fill like I have given them plenty of chances to fix this problemWe are not going on our 5t

Move Out Date 8/1/2015. [redacted] did walk apartment with our Maintenance supervisor upon her move out (Tiffany R[redacted]). It was stated that everything looked ok. Never told resident she would have no charges. The resident did paint the apartment but it took two coats of paint to put back to original...
color. We would not know that until a contractor would try first coat. Therefore the charge to resident was $269.00. Carpet also looked ok until our carpet cleaners were cleaning there were several stains that would not come out and also seemed to be a pet in the apartment. We have no pet policy. It was even recommended that we replace carpet. We did not, we went again and had it cleaned to avoid replacing it. So resident has a charge of $95.00 for carpet cleaning. We had to wait for final billing for correct charges to the resident $364.00.
Our records indicate a $100.00 Security Deposit on hand.
