I have purchased an extended warranty on my LG TVWe saw a damage and reported following the proper stepsAfter the initial repair, the technician caused more damage to my TV and I reported the issue at the same moment we sae the issueWe have reported it via the website and via numerous phone calls The service provider Video Tech Service guaranteed that this will be taken care of, however, even after multiple escalations, emails woth pictures of the damages, and numerous phone calls, no one has reaxhed out to complete the repair and it has now been over months I m not getting any traction on the escalations I have sent
