[redacted] is in business under several names in Savannah and Atlanta that I know ofI hired him under the name of Divine Home Improvements and Handy Work I had a flood and the carpet had to be replaced and the master bathroom had to have tile replacement as well as the vanity, mirror and lights [redacted] took two weeks to complete the work while I had to stay in a hotel He and his worker known by "painter man" put down tile and vinyl plank floors They were not professional floor layers; the floors were improperly laid down because they used too much glue and also got glue over walls, doorknobs and ruined many of my clothes that were hanging in the master closet [redacted] kept saying he would make everything right He is a charming man and I believed himI paid him over $6,for other repairs and floorsI have had five professional flooring specialists come and look at my floors They say the floors already look several years old This was done in January, They also said nothing could be done to get the glue up and that when hot weather hits, the floors will look worst They said I could replace the floors with carpet, take up what is now down and put new flooring down, or install click and lock flooring over the floorsAll estimates in the $3,range I wrote [redacted] a letter on May asking him to response by June I sent him an email last week asking him to respondI have heard nothing I am asking him for $2,so that my floors can be fixedThere are other issues with his overall work but I won't go into that I would advise for no one in this area get involved with [redacted] [redacted]   Savannah, Ga
