The clinet did in fact have an issue with his consoled loveseatWe scheduled a pick up of the item and brought the item to our store for a inspectionThe client was not charged for thisOnce the item was brought to us Myself and another manager along with our service manager inspected the itemThe loveseat was covered with dog hairIt was actually ingrained into the fabric,It also had a heay dog odor to the itemThe cushions on the item were heavily depressed The arms were almost sunken in indicationg leaning, or sitting on the arms, The tears in the item were not straight seam seperation, but also indicated it could have easily been torn or ripped by other factors, The overal condition of the item was very poor and was showing excessive wear and tearIt was not delivered to the client in it's current condition I called the client to review our findings and scheduled a return of the item to the client Chatham Furniture offeres no warranties.The manufactuer of this item does and these warranties are limited in scope.The warranty of this item,has language about excessive wearWe can provide the warranty to you as well as pictuers taken of the item, Thanking you for the opportunity [redacted] Manager Chatham Furniture Tibet Ave Savannah Ga ###-###-####
