Hello We understand your concern with financing. We have signage posted all throughout the store that the finance company will gibe you three months with zero interest and that the amount due is only the minimum with the finance company. We also provide you with the extra
step of proving the name of the finance company, their phone number, and your personal reference number with the finance company. All of our sales associates tell customers that they have months same as cash (no interest). The finance company also states that on the copy of the contract. They also have three different prices listed on the contract. The first price is the same as cash price. The second number is the price with three months interest added on; which gives you a total of six months to pay; and the third price is the price for the overall year. By the way it seems, you kept making the minimum amount due and thought you would finish with zero interest making payments for the full year

the manager of the store is not telling it like it ismy bed set was only not thats not true I purchased a rug (120.00) pillows (20.00) an delivery&set up (45.00)paid half cash ($45.00) an debit of ($ 155.00)

For all financing, customers must pay one time finance fee, and it's a policy for all stores, and we have poster say that we charge a fee for all financing applications, plus it says what is the percentage fee that we do charge all customersAll our policy is right in front of the customers by our officeAnd customer can come visit our store and read our policiesAlso I am going to attach some pictures of our policy for the store
My solution, if the customer not happen for paying the one time financing application, customer can come to the store and cancel the finance application, and she have to pay cash up front for all the merchandise that she have receivedPlease call me at *** for any questions

they are not telling the truth the poster did not indicate a finance charge to get u finance an the company they financed me with no longer deal with chatham furniture because of dishonesty not just with me why come they just now mentioning finance charge first they say taxes now they say finance charge are continuing to change things I said at the beginning about finance charge an they denyed it

To whom this may concern In regards to the above named customer, she made the purchase in 02/2017. When delivered, the customer is expected to check the merchandise and verify that it is in good condition, and must sign the invoice at the bottom. Of course, the customer signed and
informed us that everything is working and is to her satisfactory. A few months go by and we receive a phone call with the customer stating that the reclining sectional does not close. 99.99% of the time, the issue is with the reclining mechanism; either someone was jumping on the couch or use and abuse. After sending a technician to the customers home, he declared that the mother board of the power reclining is completely burnt out. The motherboard is located inside of the cup holder where the buttons are located. We called the manufacture to get more information and the sales person at the manufacture informed us that it is because the cup holder has gotten wet; and completely destroyed the motherboard. Electricity and moisture do not mix is what they informed us. To replace the motherboard for that reclining sectional, the company told us we need the full assembly of the electronics and also the cup holder itself. Unfortunately because the parts would be a special order, there is a wait time. Number one, the manufacture has a line of people waiting for parts so we were placed on a wait list. Number two, the parts have to be manufactured and everything comes from China so we would have to wait until its our turn to get the necessary parts, and we would also have to wait until the manufacture makes the parts and ships them directly to us. We fax over the purchase order to the manufacture for us to get the parts. Our direct contact with the manufacture placed the order for us. When we received the parts from the company, we scheduled our service department to come out and replace the cup holder with the electronics; the manufacture processed the wrong parts order and the cup holder did not fit. After we called the manufacture, they informed us that there are two sub models of the sectional that the customer has. We eliminated the direct contact to the manufacture and we called the service department themselves. We are now waiting for them to process the order and for them to manufacture the parts and to have them ship the parts to us from China. We have talked to the customer numerous times about the issue and we did inform her the same thing as the manufacture told us. They did refuse to cover the sectional under warranty due to the fact that the issue with the cup holder is use and abuse. The motherboard would not burn out unless it is being abused such as constantly reclining and overheating the motherboard or having the motherboard get moisture in it. We are constantly talking with the manufacture to get the parts ordered. Unfortunately because the manufacture is not covering the use and abuse, we are paying for the parts to resolve the issue for the customer and we are not charging her. Unfortunately we have to follow the time line of the manufacture; this is something we do not control, we only have to go by what the manufactures schedule is
