I was charged by this company $4698.00 I have tried to contact them and spoke to [redacted] who refused to let me talk to anyone else and would make and excuse on why I couldn't speak to manager and or owners [redacted] or [redacted] They have it stated they are based out of 442 12th st sparks nv. But they do not have a license there according to sparks licensing dpt. Their contact number listed they do not answer 866-261-0913 only 909-730-6940 which is only answered by [redacted].Product_Or_Service: advanage 20x multi-purpose cleanerOrder_Number: noneAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI want card refunded full amount a letter in mail stating the refund and actual contact and a call from [redacted]. Business Response On the behalf of [redacted] sales I would like to extend an apology to [redacted],we did charge your card $4,698,It was a terrible typing error we were supposed to charge your card $46.98 instead.we called authorize.net immediately and they reversed the charge,it took longer than we thought however it was not on our part.the money was eventually placed back to your card,I am extremely sorry for the treatment you received from Ms.Jackson,that was not acceptable,we value you as our customer.

A salesman came door to door selling [redacted] 20X Multi-Purpose Cleaner. Money back if it I wasn't completely satisfied. I paid by check # [redacted] in the amount of $46.80. I used it that same afternoon and it did nothing at all... This was 11/14/14. Called the office 11/15/14 in Sparks and told them I wanted my money back. Was told I needed to send copy of the receipt and copy of check. I mailed all that on 11/15/14. They put in the check anyway and it cleared the bank 11/17/14. I have called the office 4 times so far and have been told she is checking into it. Today I called again 12/09/14 to be told she has to get the OK from the Supervisor before she can send me a refund.
