I have been out and met with [redacted] about his concerns with his fence, both gates have been adjusted and fixed and we discussed his options on moving the right side of his fence in to make it evenHe said he would talk to his wife and get back with us I left a message for him on Monday and are still waiting to hear back from him

We had issues that were beyond our control getting the material for this jobthis caused delays which eventually the customer decided to cancel the job We have sent her deposit back to her and this is all taken care of

Our crew did damage the siding Mike, from Amerifence, let the homeowners know that we would pay for the repair of the siding The homeowners were instructed to get a bid to fix the siding from any contractor of their choice, since Amerifence doesn't install or repair vinyl siding, and we didn't have any recommendations The [redacted] 's agreed with Mike to find a siding contractor, due to the fact that the damage was inside the fenced yard and they have dogs This would allow the [redacted] to schedule according to their convenience and allow them to know when people were going to be inside their yard[redacted] 's informed Mike they found a contractor and that a man named Dustin would be contacting him regarding the time and price to fix the fence Dustin has not contacted our office, nor has Dustin given a proposal for pricing or work to be completed Mike has called Dustin on separate occasions and left messages and texts....asking for him to give us the proposal He has yet to let us know what the price is or even send a proposal Mike has text Dustin his email address as well The last attempt Amerifence made to communication was on July when Mike left another voice mail and texted his email address again We have a complete record of all communication and would happy to supply them, if needed Mike also asked for the [redacted] 's to send the copy of the vinyl siding repair The [redacted] 's said they haven't received a copy either and don't know the costs involved.I believe the customer is getting the run-around from their "Dustin" contractor Amerifence is ready to pay for the repair....we just don't know what it is and can't get the [redacted] 's contractor to call us

We have been out to see this customer and everything is worked out There concerns and issues have been taken care of

The owner of Amerifence called and left a mjnute voicemail at 10:am on 7/26/claiming that our contractor Dustin has not returned any of his calls and all he is looking for is a number or proprosal, that neither us nor the contractor have been able to give him Said we could returm his call if we wanted, but he didnt know what to tell us We called Mike back at am on the same morning, duration of call was minutes I let mike know that the siding contractor that was referred to by one of his employees was not named Dustin and that we felt like it should not be our responsibility to find someone to fix our siding, that Amerifence should make more of an effort to find someone He reiterated that he has not been able to get a hold of the contractor, so I said that they should either ask the employee who referred the siding contractor how to get a hold of him or call his siding business and ask one of his coworkers, or just google another contractor all together and set up payment in the beginningHe said he was now going to have to take it in his own hands and resolve it himself, but was not happy about it because he was real busy I said we are real busy too, then he replied that we are probably not as busy as he is, which shouldnt matter either way and probably didnt need to be said Nobdy called over the last month and a half updating us that they couldnt not get a hold of the contractor, only we we called did we find it out I said we didnt care what contractor that found to fix it, just to find someone and resolve the issue We said we just wanted the holes in the side of our house to be fixed, Mike responded that it was really damage to our house, it was just the siding on the side of the house He blamed the fact that it has taken this long on that we nor the contractor had a number to give him and he couldnt get a hold of the contractor Received at text message from Mike at 7:07pm on 7/26/saying that the siding contractor has given him a number and he is okay with the number, that the contractor would contact us to schedule for siding repair
