I recently took a [redacted] to get a Digitizer+screen replacement and the was ripped off. The phone shut off in less than 2 weeks because he uses non branded,Generic parts to fix the phones, which he promised me he didn't use. When dropping off the phone I asked if I could get a better deal because I seen screen for $12. On [redacted] He insisted that he used better parts and it would work better if I went threw him. 2weeks went by and my phone shut off and I found out it's because he ordered the cheapest part on [redacted] When I confronted him about this issue he denied having any knowledge about the situation and asked me to leave his store. The owner of the store also changed the color of my phone without my conscent. He changed it from blue to white and didn't let me have any say in it . I asked him to fix this issue and he refused service to me. I then asked him to fix me phone and he looked it over and refused service to me. He claims I had a 1-weeks warranty on the phone,which he did not offer to me at the time of the sale. At the time of the sale he was to busy trying to persuade me that the color of my phone being changed was not a big deal. He did not mention anything about returning phone if I'm unhappy he just stated that it was hard work. I would like a refund.Business Response Dear Sir/Madam,I have recently received a complaint from your office, about our business from one of our customer. I try to give good customer service, if someone has a problem, I fix it. Customer satisfaction is important to me Whenever, I have a issue like that, I try my best to solve all customer issues. Before and now I am willing to solve this problem. He dropped the [redacted] (blue the colour of phone) at my store with broken digitizer and plus screen. He dropped it to fix it. I fixed it, but that time we had no blue colour screen and digitizer . At that time I only had white colour screen, so I put it on (normally a customer can not wait until next shipping of parts, because they need a phone). When he came to pick it, I offered him if you are not satisfied with the colour, you can come back and I can change it. He paid me $20 less for that thing and he took the phone.After about a month. When he entered the shop he had bad behaviour, [redacted]. I asked him about the problem he told me this morning my girlfriend in the washroom, some messages are coming on the phone, I gave her the phone in the washroom, after that it is not working. I told him if phone is water damage and broken screen. No warranty covers it. I looked at the phone, but he still was shouting and abusing. Then I said, show me good behaviour and lets talk through the problem and solve it. But he still continued the bad behaviour. He kicked my showcase, then I refused the service, because I did not like him using his bad behaviour and abusive language. After that he kicked my showcase again and through my things from the counter to the floor, with some of my other customer phones. And he also broke my phone case display board and kept abusing and I was getting scared about his behaviour. He kept the bad behaviour, abusing and hit the entrance door hard and left the shop. The damage he did is still there. He also mentioned he saw [redacted], digitizer plus screen like for $12. It can only be top glass. But it was for $120. You can also browse the internet and see.After that I saw some ads about my business on [redacted] Saskatoon. [redacted] (IF HE WANTS A REFUND, I WILL SEND YOU A CHEQUE)Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)he did not offer me a refund nor did he offer to fix my phone which resulted in the argument. the phone was never damaged and there is no water damage. it is in the same condition as it was when he handed it to me. and he did not offer to switch the color he told me he would break it and give me back my money and I exclaimed that I could leave after I refused service so it made me feel obligated to take the phone. his miscommunication led me to thinking it was my only optionFinal Business Response The business has sent 2 cheques for $70 each to the Revdex.com office and would like the consumer to remove the [redacted] ad with confirmation before the cheques are sentFinal Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I can see it says he sent a cheque for $70 each I am hoping there is 2 cheques that add up to $140. I accept this proposed resolution if so.And as for any [redacted] adds mentioned above they have been removed
