The price of 7300$ was agreed upon with the understanding that the pool would be ready to go and functional by the swimming seasonNow being almost October the swimming season is long goneThe company told us that this is the 3rd liner they tried to install and in the previous email he stated only secondIf he's waiting for the gaskets for the skimmer why are they not making any effort to set up the equipment that I orderedThat equipment according a voicemail he left has been in as of June and I have yet to even see the product This liner that is only 3/installed has been sitting dormant since last WednesdayAs for him calling and is not returning he calls the only calls I don't return same day are ones he places while I'm at work as I do not get out of work until 12amI have dozens of calls in my records where I'm simply told by his workers " let me call Brandon and I'll call you back" Only for days to pass by without a responseI fully believe I'm entitled to some sort of compensation for the loss of a whole year of swimming and the eight months I know waste on any sort of warranty to back up this equipment

Thank you for giving us the time to respond to the complaintAs of typing this a new liner has been installed the pool is 3/full of water and we are waiting for a gasket which ripped for the skimmer to be cut in As for the rest , yes we are behind not intentionally We had a horribly wet
beginning to the season which made the liner impossible to install without further damage to the bottom of the poolOnce we got the weather and went to install the liner we ran into a few issues with the replacement liner itselfand had to reorder the linerThey do take some time to make which is out of our controlThe measurements kept coming make incorrect for the frame of the poolGLI the company that makes the liners sent a rep out to evaluate the issues and help us find a solutionThe liner we partially installed was not correct and would have looked horrible and had large wrinkles in the bottom had we finished its installSo we have paid for liners now mainly because we were not happy with how the first lookedNone of which is the customers fault, the only thing I do not agree entirely is the that we have not tried to reply back I have tried a few times and left messages on phone numbers and we do not get a return phone call from the customerThey told one of the employees at the store they work third shift and are hard to reach. In the end we are truly trying to do what was best for the customerThe pricing we gave them for the job was very goodWe will finish the install as soon as the skimmer gaskets come in so we can be sure the skimmer will not leakI have asked GLI to help us with the cost of the 2nd liner for the delay if they do we we will give that directly to the customersThank you for your time
