way we try to do business. We certainly are not perfect but still strive to satisfy customers daily. I am actually a 4th generation family member at Baum's and current owner. Believe me when tell you that if we handled customer orders the way this one was handled, we would have gone out of business many years ago.I will not offer excuses or try and shift blame; we simply dropped the ball here. The supplier that makes the styles you ordered has given us lots of problems this season, and as a result we have dropped them completely going forward.Your order was processed by Cindy for refund this morning and a [redacted] shipment left here today with both the sunglasses and a refund check enclosed. The [redacted] tracking information on this package is [redacted]. I made Cindy clearly aware of the significant problems with this order.Please accept my sincere apology.
