I am rejecting this response because: I left my Saturn relay in good faith at the Chava's Auto RepairI never discussed any of the repairs with ***, *** wifeI only discussed my car problem ( oil leak) with the mechanic *** whom also is the owner of the repair shopafter I had taken the car back upon *** instructions because my car was not running properly...and I called several times to see if my car was repaired properlySeveral days later *** called me say " pick up your car its ready"*** seemed very agitated and argumentiveI hung up on her, afterwards she sent a racial slur text message on my phoneI did make a negative comment after *** made the racial slur towards mePLEASE REFER TO ATTACHMENTon January 22,at 338pm, someone called me from their shop and hung up on me once I answered the phonei believe because I am a woman, senior citizen and an African American, Chava's felt they would take advantage of meI feel my car was deliberately sabotaged so that I would have to bring it back and pay the additional $if anything I believe that I should be reimbursed because my car is not running properlyI would like to get another mechanic of my choice to repair my car and have the chava's owner pay for the services due to the damages that occurred while in the possession of chavas and returning my car in a different manner in which I brought it to them in the beginningI feel its fair if I get another estimate to be fairToday 2/5/I received a call from an associate of Chava's ( *** *** ) asking if I needed upholstery work donePlease refer to attachmentsIf you have any question you can contact me Respectfully *** ***
