A contract was made to [redacted] name, address specificating the work that was being done and he chose the cheapest route, did not wanted any footings in concrete, did not want to waste to much money on this project because he said it was only a patio for the grillNow he wan'ts us to plaster the sides of it which is not my obligation, we had a talked that he was going to throw soil around it so thats why he choose not to pay to plaster the sides of the concreteNow that his wife saw it she wants me to do it but it was not paid for, contract was not under her name and he made the decision

[redacted] & I[redacted] It does not matter who signed the contract my husband I were both aware of the work we needed, we went thru 9 contractors to give us an estimate on the job, we did choose you because your bid was cheaper not because we wanted a cheap/poor job or an incomplete concrete, it was to add an extention to a slab we already have. My husband was told by you and one of your co-workers that once the boards were removed you were going to do the finishing touches. We taught we hired an expert to the concrete, we don't know concrete otherwise we would have done it our self. If the sides were going to need plastering after boards were removed and if you said we declined services, because we wanted a cheap job how come it was not included in the contract, you offering to plaster & finish the sides and we declined. You did mention to my husband about buying dirt to put on the sides but not to cover up were the concrete pouring didn't catch. You also said you would come and finish the job once you came to do our window but we did not want you to start on another job if the 1st one was left the way it was. When I made the complain to Revdex.com, that was when my husband and I noticed another complain about your company for the same complain we have, My husband I regret paying you in full & not looking you up 1st thru Revdex.com otherwise we would not be going thru this now. You as a business man didn't offer a solution or even to come and see the finish work. We were texting back and forth and you would give us date and time you would come and never came.
