Chava's auto Repair The 2004 Mini Van Saturn relay. What we did we lifted the motor up. To remove oil pan gasket we removed engine mounts we changed gaskets oil filter and oil. And she's [redacted] complaining that we pulled the motor and transmission out.There no way and charged $450.00 for a SUV...

Mini Van front wheel drive we have to remove the frame and it's $3000.00 dollar job she also cussed me out. Owner [redacted] Chava's Auto Repair.

I am rejecting this response because: I left my 2005 Saturn relay in good faith at the Chava's Auto Repair. I never discussed any of the repairs with [redacted], [redacted] wife. I only discussed my car problem ( oil leak) with the mechanic [redacted] whom also is the owner of the repair shop. after I had taken the car back upon [redacted] instructions because my car was not running properly...and I called several times to see if my car was repaired properly. Several days later [redacted] called me say " pick up your car its ready". [redacted] seemed very agitated and argumentive. I hung up on her, afterwards she sent a racial slur text message on my phone. I did make a negative comment after [redacted] made the racial slur towards me. PLEASE REFER TO ATTACHMENT. on January 22,2018 at 338pm, someone called me from their shop and hung up on me once I answered the phone. I believe because I am a woman, senior citizen and an African American, Chava's felt they would take advantage of me. I feel my car was deliberately sabotaged so that I would have to bring it back and pay the additional $3000. if anything I believe that I should be reimbursed because my car is not running properly. I would like to get another mechanic of my choice to repair my car and have the chava's owner pay for the services due to the damages that occurred while in the possession of chavas and returning my car in a different manner in which I brought it to them in the beginning. I feel its fair if I get another estimate to be fair. Today 2/5/2018 I received a call from an associate of Chava's ( [redacted] ) asking if I needed upholstery work done.
