I am rejecting this response because:
I paid Jesus C*** $not $he is a lair and a rip offWhy should I have to keep taking my car back to him if the problem doesn't get resolved? What am I supposed to do keep wasting my time and money for some one to keep playing the guessing game on my car? Sorry no thanksI would rather take my car to someone else that I can trust and that knows what's wrong with my car before they charg me money to supposedly "fix" itI understand every now and then mechanics have to troubleshoot and may not get it right the first time but come on already, having to continually take my car back is a red flag all in itself to me as a customer that this business is not legitI am very frustrated and upset on this mans servicesI have had nothing but bad experiences with Jesus and this is not the first time, I have had the same problems with him twice in the pastAlso how can he warranty his work when he didn't even fix the problem in the first place? Isn't warranting your work after the fact you fixed the problem?? I'm getting burned here and I'm upset.

To who it may concernI Jesus A C*** owner and operater off Chavez Auto Repair, on 8-25-*** * *** Towes his car to my shop do to it was overheating, as inspecting the car the water pump was leaking and at the same time timing belt kit was replace also*** did no did pick up the car
till 9-3-when he was notified on 8-27-that it was ready, I recieved a call on 9-4-from *** saying the car was still overheating as warranty he was told to bring it back so I could check what is wrong, I noticed the Radiator cap would not hold its pressure I rlepace it and did not charge him the parts or laborAfter a few days I recieved a call from *** saying the car was still overheating and was told again its under warranty please bring it by and all see if the parts are defective he refuse to do so and said he wanted his money back, I said your cover by warranty he said he dont care that he just wanted his money backI told him am not denieding your warranty as my customer I will keep your warranty active and will work on your car and not charge you for the work I have done, but if there where a possivility that it could be something diffrent the I would let you know and explain the cost off parts and labor, but from the timing belt kit and water pump you are coverHe refused to bring the car back and said he was going to report me to Revdex.com and I said ok. Timing belt kit and water pump cost $Gallon off antifreeze $14.00Labor $180.00two towe truck $eachHe paid me $Dollars and still owes me $dollarsSincerely, Jesus A C***Chavez Auto Repair
