Chavez Brothers Diesel

Angel C*** approached me as a reputable mechanic that can work on my fleet of diesel trucks,I gave him a job to fix a transmission yet he was unable to fix it instead he gave me an advise just for him to make more money without ANY regard to any thing but money which was taking transmission down and send it to transmission shop for $ , I declined his offer as felt he does not know what he is talking about , I took the tractor to the dealer and problem was fixed without any need to take transmission down , Chavez charged me 165$ for doing nothing ,I asked him to give a list of repair done IN ORDER FOR HIM TO CHARGE ME 165$ but he did not respond
