After I receive a filled out Charpy questionnaire from a company performing their yearly verification test, I calculate the results to analyze if they pass ** fail on two energy levelsOn multiple occasions in June 2015, I notified *** that
they were unsuccessful in passing *** or more of their energy levels through email with a list of potential reasons for the failureAt least one email including a chart showing the test results of both the passing *** failing energy levelsI have commented to *** that without passing *** energy levels, I cannot supply their company with an official Charpy verification letter and sticker for their yearly testTo obtain an official verification letter and sticker, *** will have to retest a set of high energy level samplesI have yet to personally receive a response from them about this matter

The Chavez response is untrueI was not been notified "on multiple occasions" and there was no "chart showing the test results", which is what we paid for and what we require from ChavezWe do not need an "official Charpy verification letter and sticker", since we failed the testAll that we are asking for is the chart showing the test results and that is what we paid for They could easily fax or email this "chart" but they will not do so
