There seems to be a few discrepancies in the the customer's account of the way things happened We have been communicating with the customer all along during this process and he was initially quite pleased with the work that our company did He then changed his tune and being very busy, it took us a little while to get back out to revisit his project All work has now been done to his satisfaction and all issues have been resolved

I have been using this company for lawn and shrub maintenance for several years and am very pleased with their work They also do pool care I highly recommend them!

Went in with friend on 12/15/to order AR-kit for him and have gunsmith there complete assemblyTold 3-days for kit to arrive and can start workOn 12/23/15, I went in and ordered a kit as wellTold too, 3-days to arriveFiguring holidays, waited until after New Years to hear a call that both kits arrivedNothing! By 01/05/16, called times and went in to ask have kits arrived and where gunsmith isTold unknown on kits and gun smith on vacation until 01/12/Called the 12th and 13th with no return callWent in on the 14th and kits not ordered and only excusesTold gunsmith to cancel orders and refund credit cards for both ordersWas told would get email saying refund went throughWaited until next Monday and still no email or refundWent in again and gunsmith said he submitted refund to "book keeping" and waitingI asked for owner and he wasn't there and they had "no contact number for him"Really? Called later that day and no owner in all day, but told he would be in on Monday (01/25/16)Went in today and asked for owner and not there, no contact info againPoor customer support, poor ordering, and refund policy

Room [redacted] [redacted] we have give him the refund of $55.99 and he was ok with that. The reservation was for 3/N w only change on night.
