Mr[redacted] is a complete liarFirst of all he paid absolutely no cash at allWe worked out a deal where he traded me merchandise for the jobWhen he brought the merchandise at the beginning of the job it had various accessories with itWhen he picked up the car he had removed all of the accessories and extra pieces he promised with the job so it was only about dollars worth of trade after he had removed the piecesThe deal was everything was a dollar value but he stole pieces that he promised meI bought all the supplies, paint, materials out of my pocket, this customer did not invest even a single dollarThe entire reason he was so upset was because I refused to buy him a new grill because it had one small crack in itI can provide a copy of the contract this customer signed that shows the deal consisting of repair of all dents, paint, and a cut and buffHe was very argumentative, yelling and demanded I buy him a new grillOnce he became irrate and started yelling at me, yes I got upset and started yelling myselfI also bought him a new chrome strip for his rear bumper, headlight adjusters, which was not part of the dealHe told me he would not give me the merchandise because the chrome, plastic, clip on grill should be included in the body workI tried to reason with him I told him I could buy him a grill but it would be a couple of days because I had just paid my rentHe decided to leave the car until I could get the grillHe text me the next day and said he found a grill and would pick up the carThe bolts were in the bumper when the car left my shop he is just trying to fish so he can get the job for free, which just goes to show exactly what a greedy liar he really isThe car looked great when it left my shop and I have people who saw the car who will back that upI have attached before and after pictures of the car so you can see how it left and the amount of work that went into itIt only let me attach pictures but I have many more that I would like to be able to submit

I am rejecting this response because:The finished paintjob on my 1995 Crown Victoria car was terribly done.Mr. C[redacted] refused to redo his poor work at that time and I am left with a horribly done paintjob.His pictures are all taken from a distance and DO NOT accurately represent the finished work.Closer inspection show numerous flaws and many scratches throughout, ALL of which were caused by Mr. C[redacted].I DO NOT want Mr. C[redacted] to redo ANY work at this time due to his unprofessionalism and incompetence with paint and body work.He received full payment of $1600 in trade as I have his signature on receipt PAID IN FULL.I expect a full refund as I have stated before.I will be getting estimates to have the paintjob completely redone and will be providing those at a later date.I expect to leave appropriate negative feedback for his business profile on the Revdex.com due to his extremely poor work, refusal to address the numerous flaws and issues at that time, and his complete unprofessional behavior.  Again, I am unwilling at this time to have Mr. C[redacted] do ANY future work or repairs on my vehicle due to his incompetence.I expect a full refund regarding this matter.Also, I have already contacted the Attorney General of New Mexico regarding this transaction and his business practice.  They have mailed Chavez Customs documentation and will proceed appropriately.I will be ultimately filing a suit against Mr. C[redacted] and Chavez Customs for the extremely poor work performed and the damages to my vehicle.Attached is the contract/receipt for the work completed and the letter sent to the Attorney General.Mr. [redacted][To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. C[redacted] states he received $900 for paint and body work on my car and that statement is entirely untrue.  He agreed to complete the entire job for $1600 in trade which consisted of (2) firearms, one being a rifle, the other being a pistol just as the contract states.  He received both items just as described in the contract for payment and was paid in full for the work completed as noted on the receipt.  The value of the two items was not $900.  The current value of the rifle itself was over $900.  The current value of the pistol was over $700.  So, his claim of receiving only $900 is entirely untrue.  These values can be ascertained online or verified with an appraisal.Mr. C[redacted] claims I received a great looking car as promised and that statement is entirely untrue.  THE WORK Chavez CUSTOMS PERFORMED IS TERRIBLE.  He was unwilling to correct his terrible work at the time and he is still unwilling to correct his terrible work.He has ripped me off and I intend to exhaust my efforts to seek damages to my vehicle.  I expect a full refund or full reimbursement to repaint the vehicle by a competent and reputable painter in order to correct all issues and flaws with the work he has done.All his pictures are completely misleading and DO NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE TERRIBLE PAINTJOB Chavez CUSTOMS PERFORMED.There are scratches everywhere where he did not properly prep the surface.  There are patchy and inconsistent areas all over the trunk, top and sides of vehicle because he did not apply enough paint to these surfaces.  There was missing hardware on the rear bumper because he failed to correctly reassemble the vehicle as well as numerous other issues that will be addressed in court.  I hope to spare all others the misfortune of this terrible ordeal and incredibly bad paintjob.  All others should be aware of his bad business practice and his unwillingness to correct any problems.  I feel it is important and invaluable to others to have this review placed on file with the Revdex.com.Mr. [redacted]8/31/16[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response.
