Business states that they do not have time to argue about this. Business was only trying to help consumer. At this point business is willing to give consumer the $10 and let her keep the tire but their business will no longer be welcome at the shop.

Review: I went to get my tires changed on 10/10 2014, I had 2 tires on wheels that needed to be swapped out, one was a flat and the other was a bent rim the good tire on the bent rim was to be put on the flat tire rim ,the owner took the tires off the rims and then relized one was a fourteen and the other a fifteen so he was unable to do the switch ,he sold me a tire instead . I was going to put my good tire not the flat on my right front wheel as it needed to be changed also but we ran out of time it was getting dark and I had no head lights so I told him I would be back tomorrow to put the tire on the right front wheel .Day 2 on 10/11/2014 I went back to the tire shop and asked them to put the tire that wasnt flat on and I did not know which tire was the flat and which tire was the good one so I asked him to check them and find out since he was the one who removed the tires on the previous day before relizing they could not swapp them due to size and tossed them into my back seat (he should be responsible for seeing what tire had a flat ) now its close to closing time and he aint about to put fourth the effort of putting air in each and on a rim to distinguish whats what. so he lies to me and says the good tire is the 15 inch and the bad tire is the 13 inch now remember there was no metion of a 13 inch tire so I tell him this , that it is a 14 inc and yesterday u said it could go on my right front wheel he says no it cant because the good tire is a 15 inch , I tell him he is wrong and we argue a bit about it he says I will sell u a tire for ten dollars however I have to take the old tire with me to get it for ten dollars on a used tire. so its getting late and I agree ,Now when I get home I pull out all three tires. and ther is no 13 inch. Only a very good 14 INCH tire that he should have used . HE PLAYED ME LIKE SOME DUMB WHITE GIRL AND GOT OVER ON ME ,HE WAS IN THE WRONG SO ON THE PHONE I CALLED HE SAYS WHATCHA GONNA DO I SAID REPORT U TO Revdex.com AND HE HUNG UP ON ME, IM KNOW STUPID WHITE GIRLDesired Settlement: I FEEL HE OWES ME MY TEN DOLLARS BACK FOR LIENG TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE JUST TO MAKE A SALE ,AND HE SHOULD BEWARE WOMEN ARNT STUPID !!!! THERE ARE THE WORST ONES TO TRY AND GET OVER ON, I WAS BUYING ALOT OF TIRES FROM HIM I ALSO OWN A TRUCK IVE BOUGHT LOTSA TIRES FOR AND NOW HE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER
