We have responded to this customer and are dealing with her directly We believe that the problem she complains of is due to an incorrect email address used at the time of registration

Dear Sir or MadamI am legal counsel at Affinitas GmbH, the owner and operator of EliteSingles.com.I have previously responded to this complaint but it appears that it has not been processed.We have confirmed that the Complainant is a member of our website However, we think there may be a misunderstanding in this caseElite Singles LLC has a registered office in Delaware but no physical presence in the United States The customer refers to attending an office in Myrtle Beach, SC We have no such office there (nor anywhere else in the United States).The customer also describes the services to which her complaint relates; they are matchmaking services, which are not the services we provide We provide exclusively online dating services.We will contact the customer directly to see what steps to take.Kind regards [redacted] ***
