I was required to take drug and alcohol education classes from the court with this organizationI went to the CHC in Mesa AZThe court says I must contact them within days after the hearing which I did Got voicemail, called 0r times no one ever called back finally after the 3rd day I went down thereThey stated that they do not do call backsTheir educational classes are a jokedepending on your charges you are to attend a two hour class or more once a week One of the evening classes are from 5pm to 7pm on Tuesday or at least that is the one that I attendedIt takes the man running the class at least one hour to do attendance another half hour to pass out payment receipts and then a ten minute talk and then the class is dismissed at 6:50pmBeneficial? NoYou have not learned anything related to drug or alcohol in minutesThey are right on about collecting your money however they are not efficient making the proper report to the Department of Motor VehiclesI finished my classes to months ago for a DUI when completed I went to get my diving privileges reinstated how ever they had never sent reports to DMV as they should haveWhen down to their office and oh yes you are completed we apologize for not sending themA gentleman by the name of Carlos electronically sent the report, back to DMV I go again agent states he didn't send correctly had to call and request againSecond time sent in with the wrong date so me getting license postponed for another day and another trip to DMV, mind you this is my third trip to DMV because of their mistakesSeveral horror stories on this organization however no one is making complaintsI feel I mustThey brag of how many clients they've served over the last thirty yearsMy experience with them was terrible I give them the porrest rating for business that there is
