A refund has been issued

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
First of all, the business in question NEVER sent me any sort of email explaining that the item was still in stock. Secondly the company has charged me full price for the item and has not issued a refund. I've attached a screen shot of the prepaid cards charge from the company which I took today.

First off, I would like to say that we did'nt use this customer's credit card fraudulently. We received an email the other day from the customer stating this and we told them the same thing. The order was cancelled, due to our supplier not having the T'V's in stock. We emailed the customer and asked...

them if they want to order another TV. We did'nt hear back from them and when we finally did, it was in our spam email. At that point, the order was already cancelled and their information was deleted. We apologized to the customer and a couple of days later they emailed us saying their credit card was used fraudulently and they are going to report us. 
 
 We don't know whether it was done, due to them being angry about their order, or if they actually had their credit card used, but in either instance it was not done by use. We never charged them, due to the product not being available.

Review: I ordered two 26" TV's for our Hospital. There is no number to contact the business. When I call I get a recording "The subscriber request this phone does not accept incoming phone calls" but yet this is the one posted on the website. Then you fill out a contact us form and never hear back. Today we learned this business used our credit card for personal use.Desired Settlement: Refund for the items he purchased with our credit card without our knowledge plus $1000 in damages

First off, I would like to say that we did'nt use this customer's credit card fraudulently. We received an email the other day from the customer stating this and we told them the same thing. Review: I purchased an item for this web it on April [redacted]. Never received any conformation, order shows as processing on its generic website. Found out today, April [redacted]. My card has 7 unauthorized charges. They are not from that website, but seeing as how others have had the same issue, I believe it is safe to say the "retailer" is responsible.Desired Settlement: They owe me $300 for the one charge that made it through. Luckily, my bank caught the other 6 and denied them.

Review: I ordered a remote control (model: URC WR7) from this site back on January [redacted] and payed with a prepaid American Express card. The prepaid card was charged $14.99 on February [redacted]. I had contacted the seller on January [redacted] and January [redacted] asking when the item was to be shipped and when to expect shipping confirmation. It wasn't until the second email I sent (on the [redacted]), in which I warned that I would contact the Revdex.com, that I received this response on February [redacted] "I will look into this matter." I received no further response from the seller, and sent another email on February [redacted] again requesting shipment or shipping confirmation. I sent one final email on February [redacted] informing the seller that I would be contacting the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would just like my product that I ordered and paid for to be shipped to my address in a swift and fair time frame.
