Cheap Cheap Carpet

Absolutely great to deal with, very helpful in choosing the carpet and offering the correct service. And installation was awesome. And looks great super fast , clean and professional.
If you go to anyone else for carpet or flooring your doing yourself a disservice

After posting my negative comments, Cheap Cheap carpet was very gracious in extending us a partial refund which we were pleased with and they have taken steps to reduce future install issues...so customer service is alive an well at Cheap Cheap carpets! :) Thank you!

You get what you pay for and apparently good customer service does not come cheap cheap. My husband and I measured our spaces accurately, drew a diagram reflecting those measurements and went to several carpet stores. We preferred carpeting we saw at Cheap Cheap carpets for the price. However, we made the mistake of trusting the salesperson to calculate required square footage and how that would be reflected using a particular role size. While my husband did negotiate a price slightly less than another competitor for removal, carpet, and installation it ended up being a math nightmare when it came time to install. (And I am a certified math teacher LOL) First the installers told us they only had 380 square feet of carpet- but I paid for 384! Then the 3rd party installers informed us that it wasn't enough carpet. I verified our measurements and even confirmed the square footage per room the salesperson calculated (it was hand written on our diagram by the salesperson, but was told that due to the dimensions of the roll the amount was inadequate. So guess what? They had to leave to get enough carpet (they informed me that they were short the entire amount of the hallway, which those dimensions were provided accurately). This process cost us an additional $50 even though it was the salesperson's error and about 2 hours of install time, which meant I had to get someone else to pick my daughter up from school. Also, the numerous phone calls my husband had to make and receive interrupted his work with several clients. The installers were courteous. The additional money, time and frustration makes me wish I had made my purchase at a more reputable business, because really, the cheap cheap carpet cost the same as the other places in the long run with far more frustration.
