The reason why we asked for so much information is because we have to obtain that in order to see if the correct part was ordered or if it was a mispack from the manufacturerAll dealers in the [redacted] do the same thing as usThere are over million part numbers in the [redacted] industryIt is impossible to keep every single part in stockWe are a dealer, When an order is placed we order the parts directly from the manufacturer and once it is received in we ship it outAll of this information is listed in our term of sale that is agreed to when placing the order as it explains we are just a dealer and not a manufacturerMost items are ordered into our warehouse and ship within to business daysAs we explained the order was placed by the customer and the incorrect part was orderedOur returns department informed you of this issue and even provided the correct part number that needs ordered Thanks,

[redacted] [redacted] Regards, I don't know what they mean by after hours, it's a web site where you are able to place an order without any human interaction, which is what I didThere was no offer to replace the item,only endless requests for part #s, shipping info, description of product, etcThey even wanted a picture of the itemAll of this back and forth was confusing too meHow could they know so little about a part they supposedly shipped too me?! I eventually figured out that they are not a parts house at allThey are a third party boiler room operation that goes to great lengths to conceal that factIf I ordered the wrong part as they say ( and I may have ) why didn't they tell me that in the very beginning? I think cheap cycle parts misrepresents themselves and is deserving of further scrutiny by Revdex.com [redacted]

The customer purchased a *** Master Cylinder through our websiteThe product was shipped and deliveredThe customer installed the product and said it was defectiveOnce an item has been installed it is non returnable and becomes a warranty through the [redacted] We proceeded with a warranty through [redacted] with the customers VIN number and Miles-hours [redacted] reported back that the units VIN number was never registered when the [redacted] was soldWe informed the customer that this needed to be fixed so we can have [redacted] warranty the itemThe customer called back in on 8/4/stating that this information was updated and fixedWe have informed [redacted] that everything is updated and corrected nowThe warranty process is under review with [redacted] As soon as we have more information on the warranty we will update the customerWe are extremely sorry for the delay, but we are only a dealer of [redacted] and not the manufacturerWe are limited to what we can do as we have to follow dealer guidelinesUnfortunately warranties take a long amount of time as we are only an online dealer and have to submit everything to the manufacturer and they review itAll of this information is listed under our Term Of Sale that is agreed to during the checkout process before an order can be placedThanks,

The customer placed an order on our website at 6:16PM which was after hours and we were closedOur hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PMThe order was placed by the customer via our websiteUpon gathering information, photos and the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)The customer purchased the wrong item from our website on his ownIt was an error on his partWe informed the customer that he can return the item that he ordered for a refundUnfortunately, we would not pay for return shipping as the error was not on our behalfWe sent the customer what was orderedOur Returns Department Manger even informed the customer that the incorrect part was ordered and that he needed part number [redacted] The last that we heard he was completely understanding that he ordered the incorrect itemIn the attachment you will find a time stamp showing that the order was placed after hours and that he was signed into his own account when placing the orderYou will also find detailed information showing what he orderedIn the order you will not find the correct part number orderedIt was a simply mistake on the customers endWe will take the item back as long as it has not been installed and in the original packagingUnfortunately return shipping would be on the customer as the wrong part was ordered Thanks, [redacted]

Sorry for the inconvenience, however we do not offer any expedite shippingWhen you placed your order it provided you with an estimated delivery of 1/17/to 1/19/In our Term of Sale that you agreed to when processing the order section (Shipping Policy) states that most items ship from
our warehouse within to business daysWe did not give you misleading information to make you think that the product would arrive fasterThe order has shipped earlier then expected from our warehouse yesterday 1/11/by USPS*** *** *** ** *** We are still within the time frame that was provided to you during check outOnce again sorry for the inconvenience. All dealers in the ** do the same thing as us. There are over 10 million part numbers in the [redacted] industry. It is impossible to keep every single part in stock. We are a dealer, When an order is placed we order the parts directly from the manufacturer and once it is received in we ship it out. All of this information is listed in our term of sale that is agreed to when placing the order as it explains we are just a dealer and not a manufacturer. Most items are ordered into our warehouse and ship within 3 to 5 business days. As we explained the order was placed by the customer and the incorrect part was ordered. Our returns department informed you of this issue and even provided the correct part number that needs ordered.  Thanks,
