Review: On 7/3/14 I went online to http://www.cheapeasyfastonlinetrafficschool.com/ to sign up for traffic school because of a traffic ticket I received. My school needed to be completed at least 7 days before my extension date of 7/11/14. According to their website in order to do this I had to register 8 days before (7/3) so I was in compliance with their website. This website says that it meets ALL requirements of AZ traffic court and clearly states when you attempt to register that only 8 days are needed for everything to be cleared with the court. Dealing with this company was the worse experience I have ever had. They couldn't find my payment, they stated that they had computer problems, accused me of lying about being charged and said I had registered on two of their sites when I had only ever been on one website page. After 3 hours of dealing with them and 8 phone calls they sent me a receipt but then said they couldn't process without a copy of the extension form! They then told me to call the court house for a fax at 436 pm before a holiday or go to the courthouse. I called the court, they never fax and they said they always need 10 days for school. This company says they meet all requirements for AZ traffic school and say 8 days before due date is all they need which is not true. They charged me and a week later I still have no refund. They called today and said they can't find the charge again!!! Today I was advised their supervisor is still out of town and no one can process a credit without him. This is a traffic school listed on the AZ court list of acceptable online schools yet 8 days stated on their site does not meet the courthouse requirements. I may have waited to the last minute to register but their false advertising said I was still ok. I've never had to take traffic school so I believed what was supposed to be a reputable company's word. Instead, they have my money, I have to pay my full ticket now and I have no credit for the fee!Desired Settlement: I want them to update their website and educate their employees on what AZ courts can and can not accept. Maybe even teach them to be customer service reps, meaning putting the customer first and not acting like they are inconvenienced by call from a customer. I want an immediate refund and an apology for all the wasted time and additional cost I have now incurred due to their incompetence and false information.
