Cheap french bulldog puppies for sale

Review: On 9/13/13 I paid $665.00 via western union to a [redacted] for a french bulldog puppy which was to be delivered to my doorstep the following day for that price. The next day I received an email from him and his "shipper" wanting a CASH transfer of $1150.00 as a "deposit" to ship the puppy. He would not take a credit card and I knew that if I sent any more money I would have no recourse to get it back. When I tried to resolve this shipping issue by relaying to him that I could have a friend pick the puppy up, he stated that was not possible due to their "3rd party policy"Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. It was fraudulent to tell me that the cost of the puppy shipped to my door would be $665.00 and then to want more money as a deposit that couldn't be applied on a charge card where it could be easily refunded. And, If I have a friend that can pick up a puppy that I PAID for, then he has no right to refuse to release the puppy to my proxy. Since he chooses not to do so, I want my money refunded.
