responded. Customer finally reached out to us mid October via email. Confirmed she still wanted prints and her address. Order was placed and showed delivered in our system. Customer contacted us 3.5 weeks later claiming she never received prints and also requested we send the prints along with a refund. Attempts to call customer were unsuccessful as she does not have voicemail set up. So via email, it was explained to customer that we would issue her new prints, but not a refund because we had fulfilled our end. Customer was unhappy and requested that prints not be sent and a refund be issued. A refund check was mailed to customer.
