Scammers of families that look sucessful
My husband and I purchased this product and was bot told all the details. Most companies you have 30days to cancel. After having this a week and trying to cancel, we were told we only had 3 days. It had been a hassle trying g to get rid of this and its causing more harm than good intentions trying to pay for this. The programs that were told to us wasnt explained good. We wasnt told that we could only have some many renters vs home owners. It's a total mess. The program is unbelievably ridiculous. I just want this off my credit. What we have paid in so far is just a loss. But I want this off my credit.

Desired Outcome

I just want this off my credit and they can have this machine back. No money owed to us and no money we have left to pay for this machine.

All in home sales have a 3 day right to cancel policy. There is a copy of the contract that is left with each customer the night of their purchase where this is stated. We help our customers everyday with the program. All of the rules and guidelines are in the paperwork that we go over and the customer signs the night of the demonstration in their home. They are also left a copy of the program paperwork. We are here to answer questions.

A SCAM! This company is the biggest scam! They lie and will not return your phone calls.
My friend wanted me to do a demo. (It has to be a married couple). I said my husband will not be at demo and we will have to do it at my shop. So from the start it was an illegal sale.(I should have known not doing the right thing always ends up bad). I did the demo for my friend at my store (not my house) with no husband. She got credit! I decided to buy one that night (very skeptical) but I did. The next day I called and said I did not want to do it, I want to return the vacuum. So *** (the manager) gave me a few extra weeks on the program. She said she would help me in any way she could. *** told me she would help me in any way she could. I worked my *** off and did 6 demos in 45 days. Sold 2. One smart lady returned hers. So I only got credit for one sale. I was told if I sold 1 in 45 days I would get a check for half of the rainbow. That did not happen! I was also told if rainbow cancelled on me it counted as me doing a demo. I was cancelled on in October. I did 10 demos. Trying to get in touch with this company is a joke. No one returns your phone calls. I tried to do my 12th demo and the company said sorry you are a week late. (Well, we had a Hurricane in my town and things were very hectic. Who wants to do a rainbow vacuum demo when your roof is off your house). This company has no couth. I am saddened by all the lies and hang ups on me; sickened at the amount I had to spend, and so upset that these 10 demos (remember I only did 10. They cancelled # 11 and would not let me do the 12th) took 30 hours away from my family that I will never get back. By the way all of my demos took close to 3 hours, not the 1 hour they promise.

Desired Outcome

Honestly, I would love to give the vacuum back to them and get a full refund. I hope everyone reads this comment and learns a lesson. I sure did! This company is a scam!!

We help our customers everyday with the program and guide them in the right direction when completing their program. We do ask for both people to be at all of the show to be able to make the decision together, but it is not illegal to show to one person. If a customer of ours wants to take us to their friend and they are single or their significant other will not be there we do not deny them the show. All of the rules and guidelines are in the paperwork that we go over and the customer signs the night of the demonstration in their home with their dates of the program as well. They are also left a copy of the program paperwork. We also give our customers 180 days to complete the program. The friend that brought us to you completed their program and all of the rules and guidelines were met and they received all of their commission checks. We are here to help and answer any questions, but we can not change the rules and guidelines of the program.

Nope! DISAGREE!! I had several individuals that I could of done demos for but the sales reps would NOT allow it. You say you try and help people, NOT true. Y'all would NOT even return my phone calls. You do not go over the paper work well either! But, that is my fault for not reading it.
This company is a period scheme scam!! And as for my friend, she had to pitch a fit to get her money, but yes you did pay her.

No!! You do realize it! I spoke with *** on the phone. She was rude and could careless if anyone succeeds. She would not even extend my contract for a couple of weeks (like she did for others) due to the Hurricane. And they would not give me credit for one demo that they cancelled even though they said if they cancel it counts. And if you bend backwards for one person, you should do it for all. This company is a SCAM, dishonest and rude.

Was told I would receive my Rainbow for free after doing 12 demos and selling two. I have don't that and they refuse to text or return my call.
I was told that I would receive my Rainbow for free after 12 demos and 2 sales I done 12 demos and made 4 sales and they just come up with excuse after excuse and now will not return my calls or text. I was also told by my sales rep that I would receive 1/2 the credit on a sale if it wasn't and A1 sale. This company has put my family in A bad financial situation and I really wish they could be stopped from doing this to anyone else.

Desired Outcome

I would LOVE for them to pay the Rainbow off like they stated they would. I done my end of the deal and they didn't. I would even be willing to give them the product back in excellent shape. They have done this to so many people in our area and they just stick them with a 3,000 bill!

Still no payment. I done the qualified demos and they need to do their part. I have several people who also done the program with no payment. there's only 3 banks and we have people financed through all So I guess none is an Aline sale? The only people who has received payment is their employees this company should be looked in to!

The customer did not meet the qualifications and guidelines of the program that was fully explained in the program paperwork. The customer was furnished a copy of the program paperwork the night of the sale. There will be no need to provide copies because the customer should have everything in their possession explaining all of the details of the program. Please get with complaint for copies of the paperwork they agreed to.

I was unable to locate the "contract" please have Rainbow provide a copy. I'm not sure I was lwft one that night it was really late when they were there telling their lies.. Also what bank would count as an aline sale? I called the banks my customers were financed through and they stated Rainbow was paid the full amount for the Rainbow. Rainbow states that only certain banks pay the full price for the Rainbow and that is why I wouldn't be eligible for my check... So please provide what banks are counted as Aline.. Also please explain why the banks told me you all were paid the full amount.

Our rainbow vacuum demo was done at our house in early November. The representative who came to our house was inappropriately dressed, smelled of marijuana, and proceeded to tell us she maxed out 22 credit cards at Christmas so she could buy presents for her children and had no intentions of paying it back. I called Rainbow to let them know of this so they could make any changes so their business could be more professional. It also was her first demo by herself, which she told us and that was fine. There is a 12 demo program (with 2 sales) and a 6 demo program (with 2 sales). This rep advised us that if we would like to switch to the 6 demo plan later, we could do so from the 12 demo plan. We have completed our 6 demos and have gotten them 4 sales, not just 2. After completing the 12 demo plan (with 2 sales), Rainbow gives you your vacuum for free. If you complete the 6 demo plan, they pay you for half of the vacuum and we would pay the other half, understandingly. When calling Rainbow to change from the 12 demo plan to the 6 demo plan I was advised that this is not their policy and they cannot change it because there is no proof of this. One of their other reps we got to know has recently quit because she said the owners were trying to make her do unprofessional and illegal things. I have also heard this from other customers. After seeing what they are doing to me, I can see why she quit and how this may be a reoccurring thing.

Desired Outcome

Refund I am not asking to have my vacuum for free, but I am asking that they honor what their representative promised to us and pay us half of the cost of the vacuum. Even though this isn't their policy, I think this resolution would be fair and admirable under these circumstances.

We are here to help our customers complete their program that they sign up for to earn commissions when completing the program. As stated, it is not our policy to change programs. We explain and sign paperwork with all of the guidelines and rules outlined the night of signing up for a program.
Everyone that works for us are independent contractors and we train them the proper way to present the program and paperwork. We conduct business legally, morally and ethically everyday. We are here to help customers that sign up for the program and guide them in the right direction.
I have contacted this customer and extended my help for her understanding of the program and to clear up any misunderstanding.
