went to residence to address complaintWhile we was there addressing complaint I asked if there was any other issues that they felt needed addressed they replied the seam in Family room Carpet and Master bedroom in which I addressed while thereCustomer was ok with repairs and we left*** customers Daughter sent myself a text on 3-15-Stating “I am back to work so would you like please call mom about a couple of seams? She would like you to come out***” My Response on 3-16- was “I will contact her as soon as I have a chance we are super swamped right now” *** Response “Ok” with a phone numberSince that time we have been on same job as I stated we was swamped on and had a family emergency with my mother on life supportAs I got time in schedule to contact *** I received a letter from customer stating A whole slew of issues that they have now and that “We are Not asking you to repair or fix anything We would just like our money BackThe Issues on this complaint only one was brought to my attention and we went to address on prior visitCustomer supplied all material for the flooring as we did several other projects at the same time! All flooring was bought in 12’ Lengths which requires rooms to be seamed due to rooms wider than 12’We cannot just refund money for job when we have not seen the issues they have or given the opportunity to repairCarpet seams can be cut and redone, as far as being cut short without seeing I would say it came loose of tack strip and needs kicked back in! Carpet was only kicked and stretcher was not used so there is plenty that can be done to repair if its an install issueAs far as Vinyl flooring Seams was repaired once and was no mention of the other issues during that timeI have not seen patterns being off but again I was told they did not want repairedCheaper Solutions is willing to pay our flooring contractor to repair these issues Sincerely John C*** Cheaper Solutions
