The (her) story is still changing but the fact remains the sameHer invoice/contract was fulfilled when her mirror was picked upWe can not control what was done during her drive or while unloadingThat's what she wanted; Will Call and did not want to pay for deliveryOur office manager did offer her a 10% discount on a replacement mirror but she was leaving town and did not want it.There isn't anything we can do for her at this pointShe ordered her closet mirror door repairedWe did that and gave it to herThere isn't any reason to refund her moneyShe got what she's paid for in her contract/invoiceOur invoices clearly no refunds.Thanks,Rich

Most of their previous reply is untrue. Sarah placed the mirror in my UhaulI did not help herShe had a tough time sliding the mirror in due to the non-slip mat that is secured to the floor of the van. There was no way that it may have "moved around considerably"I called Sarah when the mirror brokeShe told me she would have her manager call meI called again minutes later Sarah told me that she was unable to get a hold of the manager. I asked how I get the rest of my frame off the broken mirrorShe told me to get a hammer & hammer the remaining frame off & then throw the mirror awayI had to aggressively hammer the framing off. We threw the mirror awayThe next day, I called to see if the manager was in (who I am just now finding out is named ***)She was in [redacted] was not concerned about me as a customerI asked her if she had been informed of my situationShe said no. I explained & she said we can replace your mirror but we don't have any in stockI asked her what I should do since it was my last day in townShe said that I would need to bring the mirror back in & that would be the only way she would be able to tell if it was their fault or notI explained that was not possible since Sarah asked me to throw it awayI told [redacted] that I either needed a refund or they should replace my mirrorShe said again that she needed to see it first to determine why the mirror brokeI then asked to speak to the owner and that is when she hung up on me [redacted] never asked me to "refrain from my insulting language" during the conversation & she didn’t mention 10% offNeither [redacted] nor the owner was present for the installHow can they say that my mirror frame was properly installed or wasn't? That edge should have not so easily fallen off had it been done correctlyI had to aggressively hammer the other edges off & they say a van ride home would have enough power to remove the frame of a mirror?
