I placed an order with Cheapestees [redacted] for some plain white t-shirts because they had the lowest prices I could findI placed the order on MondayThe t-shirts arrived on my doorstep on Thursday as promised, they were heavy duty Fruit of the Loom t-shirts and I got them for $apiece with $shippingTrust me, I could not be happier with the service I received from this company

She also did not respond to multiple phone calls, therefore her order was delayed. We never charged her card since her order was cancelled. Here... are the notes: 4/29-emailed for art. es 4/29cr [redacted] called for [redacted] and her message was stating that she wants a 2 color print on the red shirts and not a full color as her budget won't allow it. She sent an email and was waiting for a response. It is a Hot Rush order and is concerned that she has already lost a day with the discussion on the artwork. I msged [redacted] and he is on it. I explained that its a HOT RUSH ORDER and to check email. 4/29cr I spoke with [redacted] and I called the customer a couple of times, she didn't answer her phone so I left a very detailed message to [redacted] asking her to detail in writing exactly what she wants on the shirts from the image she sent as she wanted too only have Black & White ink on her red shirts. I also emailed her to call us in Customer Service so I could speak with her. [redacted] emailed me and I have forwarded to Help so all CSR can see it and talk to [redacted] about it. [redacted] had no way to tell which parts of the design to extract and create a proof. I wasn't able to reach her by phone so even had [redacted] tried to reach her he would have gotten voicemail. She didn't call us back before closing and waited until 4/30 to call us. > 2015 Apr XX XX:XX: Marked Cancelled; reason given: Order was cancelled 4/30-DR Customer called in this morning to check the status of her order to make sure she could meet her deadline as she did not understand what the issue was. After I spoke with [redacted] and saw she reached out to [redacted] many times for clarification and the [redacted] did not call back as well as [redacted] reached out to her through email letting [redacted] know that we could not make her deadline. The customer was unhappy as she claims we ruined her daughter's campaign so we cancelled the order.

The sales rep [redacted], claims she's the owner.

IS Very sarcastic. Hate answering questions about products and services.

Has misleading quotes and very impatient with customers.

I was told my order would cost $671.75 turns out it's actually $822.25

DON'T ORDER THESE HEAVY CHEAP SHIRTS FROM THIS COMPANY, PLUS IT HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The t-shirts arrived on my doorstep on Thursday as promised, they were heavy duty Fruit of the Loom t-shirts and I got them for $1.68 apiece with $4.95 shipping. Trust me, I could not be happier with the service I received from this company.
