Saw advertisement for this company online and looked fairly new and the products and pricing were great. Nothing but problems from the get go and still experiencing problems. I needed new glasses which is a strong prescription and also need bifocals. So on 12/18/2014 I tried calling the company and right from the get go their phone system never works. So what I did was go online chat with a rep who did the order over the internet.
Yes this was near Christmas and New Years when I ordered the glasses and now todays date being 1/18/2015.
The only way it seems you can contact anybody is through the internet and when you pull up your account all is says is testing since 12/24/2014 WTF.
I would have ordered locally but I can afford glasses that range from $160-$250 which I find outrageous in The State of Maine.
Yes I know it takes time to make, then holidays, and shipping from Ca to ME but now almost a month has gone by, Ridiculous !!
Whoever thinks about dealing with this company I strongly suggest you find another company. SCAM!!!
